John G. Seale, CPA.CITP is a partner of RBSK Partners PC, a CPA firm offering a blend of accounting, audit, tax and specialized advisory services to provide our individual and business clients with unsurpassed value, enhanced profitability and results you can count on. John specializes in delivering accounting, audit and tax services to individual and closely-held business clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, professional services, agriculture,warehousing, real estate and not-for-profits.

As our director of accounting and audit services, John ensures proper procedures are followed in accordance with the many rules and regulations of the accounting profession and Federal and state governments. He invests in ongoing education to stay current on and educate our staff and clients about all accounting, audit and governmental compliance changes.

John also acts as the partner-in-charge of RBSK Partner’s Technology Consulting Department. This department provides many technology services to our clients including network services, system design, hardware procurement, security and a wireless ISP. These same technologies are utilized by RBSK Partners to enhance services to our accounting, audit and tax clients.

John recently acquired the American Institute of CPA’s CITP credential for CPA technology professionals that illustrates to others his business and technology acumen and his ability to develop and drive the use of technology to achieve our organization’s goals and those of our clients.

Because CPA.CITPs understand both business and technology, John is able to apply technology as a catalyst for change to help his clients achieve higher levels of success. Given the nature of the credential, John’s clients can have the confidence in his ability to deliver a combination of both business and information technology services to solve unique business challenges.

In addition to being a CPA and CITP, John is also pursuing the designation as a certified Fraud Examiner, or CFE. John has been providing fraud reporting services to our clients for many years and has assisted our clients with detection, prevention, loss calculation and expert witness testimony.

John is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, The Indiana CPA Society and The Ohio CPA Society. He currently sits on the 2006/07 AICPA Information Technology Executive Committee. He also serves on the board of directors for MainSource Bank. John has been with the firm for more than twenty years and brings a wealth of experience that makes a significant difference for our clients.
